Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the systematic, controlled and profitable delivery of projects, as well as project-related communication. You will create the conditions for meeting schedule, cost and quality targets and ensure that the project organization operates safely and efficiently.

The role will primarily focus on projects within our telecommunications business. Working at CableCrew also provides opportunities to participate in data center and electrical infrastructure projects, as well as to develop project operations using modern methods.

You will be part of a designated customer account team and work closely with customers, site management, coordinators and key stakeholders. Your way of working is based on a customer-oriented and proactive approach, and you recognize the benefits of digitalization and effective management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Project Responsibility and Customer Delivery

  • Take responsibility for project planning, execution and completion in accordance with agreed objectives.
  • Manage project deliveries and customer communication.
  • Ensure financial and quality monitoring, delivery management, forecasting and scheduling.

Leadership and Supervision

  • Lead the project team within a main contractor environment.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation together with coordinators and site management.
  • Ensure clear leadership, responsibilities and roles.

Risk Management, Quality and Profitability

  • Identify and manage risks and monitor quality deviations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address deviations and ensure that lessons learned are applied to future projects.
  • Ensure the profitability, quality and effective risk management of customer deliveries and projects.

What We Expect from You

  • Experience in managing main contractor projects within infrastructure, telecommunications or electrical network construction.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and a strong motivation to improve productivity in infrastructure construction.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a proven track record of successfully leading teams and field operations.
  • Confidence in using digital tools for project management, quality management and reporting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools.
  • Fluency in Finnish and English.
  • Experience in the construction of FTTH areas and additional customer connections is considered an advantage.
