As a Project Manager, you will lead complex projects related to power distribution networks and high-power charging infrastructure in a structured, safe, and profitable manner. In this role, you will also support the organization in tendering and customer relationship management. We are looking for an experienced and solution-oriented project manager who takes responsibility for achieving project objectives, leads successful project execution in electrical network infrastructure projects, and is interested in developing both their expertise and the future of infrastructure construction.

Job Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of power network and high-power charging infrastructure projects. You will lead projects from the tender phase to commissioning, ensuring that schedules, costs, quality, and safety requirements are met.

You will work in close cooperation with customers, designers, site management, subcontractors, and power grid operators. Your working style is proactive, risk-aware, and focused on managing complex project entities.

The role also provides an opportunity to utilize your own specialist expertise in developing the business as part of a newly established team.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Project Responsibility

• Responsible for tendering, planning, scheduling, and financial performance of projects
• Lead project execution and ensure successful delivery to the customer
• Manage project monitoring, customer relationships, and contractual compliance

Leadership and Execution Management

• Lead the project organization within the selected contracting structure while ensuring employee satisfaction
• Ensure site safety, quality, and smooth communication
• Clarify roles and responsibilities in project execution and coordinate communication with key project stakeholders

Risk Management, Quality and Profitability

• Identify and manage technical, schedule, and contractual risks
• Lead the handling of quality deviations and claims situations
• Ensure project profitability and customer satisfaction

What We Expect from You

• Extensive experience in managing high-power charging infrastructure, substation, power distribution network, or energy infrastructure projects
• Understanding of power network construction as a whole
• Experience with main contracting and subcontracting structures or demanding earthworks-focused electrical infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to lead teams and field organizations successfully
• Strong financial understanding and cost control capabilities
• Proficiency in digital project management and reporting tools
• Fluent Finnish and English language skills
