Role Description

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planned, controlled and profitable execution of projects, as well as project-related communication. You will create the conditions for achieving schedule, cost and quality targets while ensuring that the project organisation operates safely and efficiently.

The role focuses primarily on telecommunications infrastructure projects. Working at CableCrew also provides opportunities to participate in data centre and electricity-related projects, as well as in the development of project operations using modern methods and digital tools.

You will be part of a dedicated customer account team and work in close cooperation with customers, site management, coordinators and key stakeholders. Your way of working is customer-oriented and proactive, and you see value in digitalisation and modern leadership practices.

Key Responsibilities

Overall Project Responsibility and Customer Delivery

  • Responsible for project planning, execution and completion according to agreed targets.
  • Responsible for customer deliveries and communication.
  • Responsible for financial and quality follow-up, forecasting, delivery management and scheduling.

Leadership and Supervision

  • Leading the project team within the main contracting scope.
  • Ensuring documentation and communication together with coordinators and site management.
  • Ensuring clear leadership and responsibilities, also during peak workload periods.

Risk Management, Quality and Profitability

  • Identifying and managing risks and leading quality deviation management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Handling claims and ensuring lessons learned are utilised in future projects.
  • Ensuring customer delivery, project profitability, quality and risk management.

What We Expect From You

  • Experience in managing main-contracting projects in infrastructure, telecommunications or electricity network construction.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and motivation to improve infrastructure productivity.
  • Strong collaboration skills and proven experience in leading teams and field operations successfully.
  • Good command of digital tools (project management, quality management, reporting).
  • Fluent Finnish and English language skills.
